The grill is constructed from commercial-grade 300 series stainless steel. To maintain its appearance, clean the exterior with mild soap and water, and avoid abrasive cleaners. The stainless steel rod cooking grids should be brushed after each use. Store the grill with the cover (sold separately) when not in use to protect from the elements.
