Materials & care
Constructed from glass-fiber reinforced concrete with a hand-applied stain and wax seal finish. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive cleaners. Reapply wax seal as needed to maintain weather resistance.
Warranty
Fire by Design products are warranted to be free from defective material and workmanship for the period of time indicated below for each product line, effective from the original date of purchase. Fire by Design will repair or replace a defective product if returned within the warranty period accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to products subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, or use in violation of operating instructions, nor does it extend to units altered or repaired by unauthorized parties. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and other rights may vary from state to state.
All Decorative Bowls are warranted for (2) years from the delivery date against any manufacturing defect or structural failure. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in concrete and are not covered by warranty.
